1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
1.1 Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. 1.2 Items must be:
Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
In their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
Accompanied by the original invoice/order confirmation.
1.3 The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Innerwear, lingerie, and personal care products (for hygiene reasons).
Electronics that have been activated, used, or tampered with.
Baby products such as feeding accessories, diapers, and hygiene essentials once opened.
Items purchased during sale/clearance events unless damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
2.1 To initiate a return, please contact us at info@trendsmartbazar.com within the return window, providing your order ID, product details, and reason for return. 2.2 Our team will review the request and share the return pickup details. 2.3 In cases where courier pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
3. Refunds
3.1 Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. 3.2 Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. 3.3 Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective/damaged product or an error from our side. 3.4 If you used a promotional discount, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.
4. Exchanges & Replacements
4.1 If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or replacement product, you must raise the request within the 7-day return window. 4.2 Once we receive the returned item, the replacement/exchanged product will be shipped and delivered within 5–7 business days. 4.3 Exchange is subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
5.1 If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. 5.2 We will arrange a return pickup and provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
6. Cancellation of Orders
